New Design Pro has spent 10+ years installing flooring and handling interior renovations for homeowners across Central Florida. We're based in Davenport, FL, right in the Disney corridor, and we work throughout Kissimmee, Orlando, Winter Haven, Haines City, Lakeland, Champions Gate, Reunion, and Clermont.
The company is owned and operated by Daniel Vieira. When you call, you're talking to the person who's going to be responsible for your job — not a call center. Our team is bilingual, so we're just as comfortable working with you in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
We stay focused on what we're genuinely good at: luxury vinyl plank, tile, hardwood, carpentry, and bathroom and kitchen refreshes. Clean, modern spaces, without the showroom markup.

Honest pricing
Straight numbers, no showroom markup. Supplied & installed LVP tiers start at $4.99/sqft. Labor-only jobs quoted in-home. You know the price before we start.
Materials-included tiers
Don't want to shop for flooring? Our supplied tiers bundle the material and the install into one clear per-sqft price.
Clean job sites
We protect your space, clean up at the end of each day, and haul away the mess. You get your home back looking better than we found it.
50% / 50% payment
Half down to lock your spot, half when the job's done. No big upfront money grabs — you pay the balance when you're happy.
